The things that actually move your life forward are usually the uncomfortable ones: applying, reaching out, asking, setting a boundary, sharing your work before it's ready. They're also the easiest to avoid, because a voice talks you out of them and facing one leaves nothing to show for it. Braveclimb gives that voice a face, a shadow, and turns each brave act into light against it, so the courage you can't usually see becomes progress you can.
The loop is deliberately tiny. You do the hard thing in real life, then log it in two taps: what you faced, and how it felt. The shadow takes the hit, the act becomes a card, and a Dread pulls a Mythic. A daily streak builds momentum. No feeds, no shaming, and no streak you're punished for breaking: light never fades.
Every action must be something you can start today, on your own. The ask is the win, never the outcome. Rejection counts in full, and backing out is still a step. The point is to face more, not to perform. The Honest Mirror, a difficulty trend and a fears-vs-reality gap, keeps you honest about whether you're actually getting braver, and reminds you how rarely it was as bad as you feared.
There are no accounts and no backend by default. Everything you log lives on your device, so Braveclimb works fully offline and your history never has to leave your phone. Export a backup any time. It's built with Expo and React Native for iOS. More on data in the privacy page.
The ladder is ten voices: The Doubter, The Critic, The Impostor, The Perfectionist, The Quiet One, The Procrastinator, The People-Pleaser, The Comparer, The Catastrophizer and The Last Voice, with nameless shadows beyond. Meet them all on the shadows page. Prefer the original night mountain? It's one switch away in Settings.
